Kyri began working in the security sector in 2003. He has a time served knowledge of the industry and invaluable security sector experience. With a natural flare for problem solving he excels in managing large teams and portfolios, encouraging his staff to exceed client expectations.
In his spare time, and in collaboration with Grosvenor Corporate Security’s social responsibilities, he enjoys coaching youth football within grass roots.
Franz began working in the security sector in 2009. His journey in the industry started as a doorman working clubs and bars, then moving into the close protection sector. In 2012, Franz decided to move into the
Corporate world of security where he has excelled, within this sector he has held positions as operations support manager, keyholding manager, account manager and currently Operations Manager, He excels in managing large teams and portfolios, ensuring his staff are well supported and able to provide the expected service that customers expect.
In his spare time, Franz is a family man and enjoying spending quality time with his wife and four children. Building memories is a must for Franz with his family.
Louis has been a professional in the security industry for over 15 years, during this period he has held a number of positions including having his own security company, thus bringing a wealth of experience to his current role as Senior Account Manager. Louis has a keen focus on client growth and the development of security operatives, this makes him a valued member of our team, and certainly in line with our company morales and values.
In his spare time, he follows football and in particular, his beloved Liverpool, and thrives on spending time with his wife and four wonderful children.
Melvin Unaka joined us as Operational Support Manager in 2022. Being relatively new to the security industry and having an appetite to learn, he quickly got to understand the importance in what we do. Melvin epitomises success through hard work, he constantly works to achieve excellence and is always available to our staff. His passion for Grosvenor Corporate Security is clear to see and he will go far.
In his spare time, he follows Sports and in particular Basketball, his beloved favourite player being Steph Curry. Melvin thrives on spending quality time outdoors with friends and having a good time.
Emilia Wilczewska, a professional with a background in admin and reception, began her career in the vibrant realm of hospitality before transitioning seamlessly into the corporate world. Known for her attention to detail and dedication to excellence, she has earned respect in every role she undertakes.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Emilia finds solace in nature, often exploring the outdoors with her family and two cherished dogs. Her journey is a testament to adaptability, passion, and the enduring connection between personal fulfilment and professional success.
Kieran has over 21 years operational and leadership experience. He drives high performance by leading and motivating his teams to continuously exceed expectations. Kieran sits on the Revo panel, a committee committed to formulating strategies and implementing improvements specific to the security sector in retail.
In his spare time Kieran enjoys spending time with his friends and family.
George has been working in the Health, Safety and Compliance sector since 1990. George is one of our most experienced and valued leaders. He has been integral in implementation of British Standards, ISO and SIA accreditations ensuring quality auditable business processes are in place throughout all our services. As a Technical Member of IOSH, a NEBOSH Certificate holder, and IOSH Directing Safely qualified, George has developed numerous in-house training courses.
In his spare time George has a passion for motorbikes, photography, gardening and painting.
